DEUNA is a rapidly growing fintech startup revolutionizing global commerce with ATHIA, an AI-powered orchestration and payments platform. The company helps large enterprises boost approval rates, reduce costs, and unlock new revenue. Built by the team behind DEUNA—the fastest-growing Commerce OS in Latin America—ATHIA combines payment intelligence, checkout optimization, and data orchestration. With deep integrations across 300+ payment service providers and alternative payment methods, and over 20% of Mexico's digital economy running through the platform, DEUNA is expanding into the US market to serve large retailers, marketplaces, airlines, and QSRs.
As Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate strategic, cross-functional projects for DEUNA's key enterprise accounts in the US. You will own the overall project plan, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and governance. Your responsibilities include coordinating across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Technology teams to ensure alignment and accountability. You will establish clear project governance, communication cadences, ownership, and escalation paths. You will identify and proactively manage risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies, driving decision-making and resolution of critical issues to keep projects on track.
You will provide clear and structured project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders, coordinate business-critical customer milestones, and ensure organizational readiness across internal teams. You will maintain visibility into project health, progress, risks, and key decisions through structured reporting and dashboards. You will facilitate project retrospectives and identify opportunities to improve DEUNA's operating model and project execution. You will ensure projects remain aligned with customer objectives and DEUNA's broader business priorities, and influence teams and drive accountability without direct reporting authority.
The company offers remote work from anywhere, vacation and additional PTO, economic support for health insurance, internet and cell phone, stock options, a learning and development platform, and a multicultural, diverse team distributed throughout LATAM.
