Trulioo, a global leader in digital identity verification serving 5+ billion people across 195 countries, is seeking a Project Manager to join the Transformation Office. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will own end-to-end execution of transformation projects and workstreams, driving accountability and momentum across the organization.
You will be responsible for breaking down complex initiatives into structured, trackable tasks with clear owners and deliverables. This includes building and maintaining project plans, dependency maps, RAID logs, and milestone trackers. You'll drive weekly execution cadences, escalate blockers quickly, and maintain forward momentum on assigned work.
Key responsibilities include cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and GTM teams. You'll align on priorities and sequencing, ensure clarity of scope, flag scope creep, facilitate working sessions to resolve friction, and track dependencies to avoid delays.
You will maintain structured governance and reporting on assigned projects, providing clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders. This includes monitoring progress against timelines and budgets, maintaining visibility into risks and mitigation plans, and supporting implementation of new systems, tools, workflows, and operating models.
The role emphasizes operational implementation and results—you'll partner with business leaders to transition initiatives from project phase to steady-state operations, ensure adoption plans are in place, track measurable outcomes, and identify inefficiencies. You're expected to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and optimize how work is performed.
