Trulioo, a global leader in digital identity verification serving 5+ billion people across 195 countries, is seeking a Project Manager for its Transformation Office. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will own end-to-end execution of transformation projects and workstreams, driving accountability and momentum across the organization.
You will be responsible for breaking down complex initiatives into structured, trackable tasks with clear owners and deliverables. This includes building and maintaining comprehensive project plans, dependency maps, RAID logs, and milestone trackers. You'll drive weekly execution cadences, escalate blockers quickly, and maintain forward momentum on assigned work.
Cross-functional coordination is central to this role. You will align with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and GTM teams on priorities, sequencing, and resource needs. You'll facilitate working sessions to resolve operational friction, help ensure clarity of scope, and track dependencies to avoid delivery delays.
Governance and reporting responsibilities include maintaining structured project status reports, providing clear updates to leadership and stakeholders, monitoring progress against timelines and budgets, and maintaining visibility into risks and mitigation plans.
You will support implementation of new systems, tools, workflows, and operating models, partnering with business leaders to transition initiatives from project phase to steady-state operations. You'll help ensure adoption plans are in place and track measurable outcomes.
The role is execution-driven and hands-on, with expectations to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and optimize how work is performed. Success is measured by tangible outcomes: efficiency gains, cycle time reductions, cost savings, and risk reduction.
Required: 8+ years in project management, operations, or large-scale cross-functional delivery in SaaS, fintech, or technology. Track record of driving execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong project management discipline, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
