MITO AI is a 230-person creative and digital solutions agency that designs campaigns, websites, apps, and digital products for global brands. The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager Team Lead to own a portfolio of projects and client relationships end-to-end while leading and mentoring a team of Project Managers. In this role, you will: • Independently manage projects, client relationships, and vendor/freelancer partnerships, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to high standards • Define and document project scope, timelines, staffing, and delivery processes including roadmaps, statements of work, quotes, and presentations • Monitor project status, risks, dependencies, and efficiency continuously, escalating issues early • Own client relationships at the marketing director/CMO level, shaping annual plans, running quarterly business reviews, and negotiating scope and change requests • Collaborate with Portfolio Directors, Growth Partners, and capability experts to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities • Support quarterly forecasts and revenue planning, maintaining billing, timesheets, and project administration • Lead, coach, and develop junior, mid-level, and senior Project Managers, sharing knowledge and helping them advance The company offers hybrid work with flexibility to work from home or the downtown Budapest office, a modern workspace with MacBooks and amenities, a personal benefits budget for wellness/education/commuting, extra paid days off based on tenure (up to 5 additional days annually), continuous learning opportunities including conferences and coaching, company yoga sessions, structured onboarding with a buddy system, and a dog-friendly, community-focused culture. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience, ideally with people leadership or mentoring • Experience leading integrated advertising campaigns in an agency setting, including ATL and production-heavy work • Business-level English (spoken and written) for client negotiations and presentations • Strong grasp of project management methodologies with ability to handle complex, multi-faceted projects • Comfort with financial analysis, P&L thinking, and forecasting • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills • Decisive, solutions-oriented mindset with ability to make and stand behind decisions • Proactive approach to identifying and preventing problems; strong prioritization skills • Genuine commitment to personal growth and feedback integration NICE-TO-HAVE: • Experience with AI implementation projects in creative delivery, performance marketing, or CRM • Background with retail or FMCG clients in fast-paced promotional environments • Understanding of client business landscapes across industries • Track record of leading retrospectives or process-improvement initiatives with lasting impact
