Beacon Software acquires approximately one software company per week and integrates them into a standardized Go-To-Market (GTM) stack. This Project Manager role owns the end-to-end delivery of acquisition migrations, managing the complex process from initial discovery through full system rollout and team training. You will run multiple concurrent migrations against firm SLAs, partnering with newly acquired companies to assess their current tech stack, plan CRM and support ticketing builds, coordinate data migrations, and ensure successful go-live. You'll lead discovery calls to understand each company's existing systems, hold timelines across several projects simultaneously, manage dependencies and risks proactively, and own overall project status. Key responsibilities include directing the work of pooled implementation contractors, making day-to-day scope and sequencing decisions within established playbooks, and escalating only genuine exceptions. You'll also continuously improve the migration playbook—tightening plans, checklists, and handoffs so each acquisition becomes faster and more predictable. You bring 3–5 years of project or program management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, professional services, or consulting, with a track record of managing multiple concurrent projects against firm deadlines. You're literate in GTM systems (CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, support platforms like Zendesk or Intercom) and can scope builds and have credible conversations with founders about their tech stacks. You've directed the work of others—contractors, agency teams, or junior staff—even without formal people management authority. You're a confident stakeholder-facing communicator who helps hesitant stakeholders feel excited during periods of significant change. You make defensible calls from playbooks rather than escalating everything, and you know which exceptions warrant escalation. You set your own quality bar rather than inheriting one, caring about how systems perform six months post-go-live, not just at handoff. You communicate clearly in writing—status updates landing in the right inbox at the right time are critical. You bias toward action, moving things forward rather than perfecting plans, and you're agile enough to adapt when programs shift mid-stream while remaining confident enough to get hands-on when needed. Nice-to-haves include formal project management certification (PMP), familiarity with tools like Asana or Monday.com, hands-on CRM or support platform experience, M&A exposure, and knowledge of migration tooling or scripting.
