Legora is an AI-native legal workspace trusted by 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, including top law firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, and Linklaters. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and operates teams across Europe, North America, and APAC. You will lead all product and web initiatives from within the Brand team, serving as the connective tissue between Brand and Product Marketing. Your core mission is ensuring product marketing work executes at the same creative and quality bar as brand campaigns, while maintaining speed and momentum. Key responsibilities include: leading project delivery from brief through launch; writing clear, structured briefs that set creative work up for success; managing and onboarding external agencies while clarifying ownership boundaries; overseeing internal team execution across product and web; prioritizing competing workstreams; tracking budgets across agency and production spend; planning product launches alongside Product Marketing; developing compelling educational content and storytelling; and proactively surfacing priority conflicts and resourcing risks. You'll work closely with Product Marketers, Senior Brand Designer, Product team, Copywriter, and Web Designer. You'll leverage the brand production studio for in-house content production and use AI tools daily to accelerate briefing, planning, and coordination without compromising quality. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of project management, brand, or marketing experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments. You operate with speed and structure, turning ambiguous asks into clear direction. You're a strong writer, comfortable managing both agencies and internal teams to a high bar. You understand CMS environments, basic web/UX terminology, and can translate between design and product/engineering. You care deeply about making product-focused content feel as compelling as brand work, and you proactively flag risks rather than waiting to be asked.
