As a Project Manager, Permitting, you will be the critical link between Pulley's clients and the complex permitting landscape. You'll oversee multiple permitting projects simultaneously, ensuring they hit key milestones and move swiftly to completion. Your responsibilities include gaining deep expertise in local permitting rules across various markets, acting as a trusted advisor to clients navigating approval processes, and building strong relationships with municipal staff to accelerate timelines.
You'll collaborate closely with internal product, engineering, and leadership teams to continuously refine Pulley's platform and workflows, directly shaping how the company delivers results. Your proactive problem-solving and regulatory knowledge will directly impact project timelines and client success.
You bring 6+ years of professional experience in architecture, construction, or permitting, with demonstrated involvement in various permitting processes. You have strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting procedures. Excellent communication skills and talent for building relationships with both clients and municipal officials are essential. You're technically proficient with relevant software tools and adaptable in learning new systems. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field is required.
