Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is seeking a Project Manager to join the Omen Program Management Team within the Maneuver Dominance division. Omen is an autonomous air vehicle (AAV) with hover-to-cruise capability, designed for runway-independent operations from ship decks, beaches, and remote locations. The platform has secured a mass-production contract for 50 systems. In this role, you will support a highly complex global defense program by facilitating technical program management, tracking progress, and enabling engineering teams to operate at Anduril's pace. You will create appropriate processes and systems to maintain synchronization across multiple program facets. Key responsibilities include: **Program Oversight and Support:** - Manage manpower resources including forecasting, hiring, and labor reporting - Partner with Supply Chain to manage suppliers: onboarding, spend tracking, delivery schedules, and preventing manufacturing downtime due to part shortages **Systems and Processes Improvement:** - Develop deep understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and test tracking systems (JIRA, MRP, Airtable, etc.) and drive optimized utilization across the Omen team - Analyze best practices and standardize implementation of effective methods - Assist in documentation and standardization of business procedures and reporting protocols Required qualifications: 2–5 years in engineering program management and/or systems engineering; ability to work effectively with engineering teams; familiarity with JIRA or agile task tracking; exceptional written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills; self-starter mentality with attention to detail; experience working with suppliers; ability to obtain U.S. Secret Clearance. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field; experience taking products through prototyping into low-rate production.
