Salary: USD 113,000 - 149,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced technology, AI, and autonomy. The Manufacturing Team builds cutting-edge defense hardware including static equipment, ground vehicles, and flight systems. In this role, you will own large parts of end-to-end manufacturing KPI tracking, enhancing transparency and generating actionable reports to support strategic and tactical decision-making. You'll support increasing efficiencies throughout manufacturing processes while introducing scale and resiliency into growing people and tools infrastructure. Key responsibilities include: **Program Oversight and Support** - Support program managers and manufacturing leadership in preparation and management of critical technical and business forums - Provide structure to ambiguity and drive manufacturing engineering stakeholders toward decisions on tactical and strategic issues - Develop and execute strategies to drive business impact and outcomes **Data Analysis and Reporting** - Execute analyses on short timelines to identify answers quickly while considering scalable long-term solutions - Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities - Facilitate data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate manufacturing information **Systems and Processes Improvement** - Develop understanding of manufacturing engineering systems (ERP, MRP, PLM) and leverage data to equip teams with insights and tools - Analyze best practices across teams and develop standardization approaches - Assist in documentation and standardization of business procedures and reporting protocols Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, business, or related field; 5+ years manufacturing experience with focus on data analysis, program support, or process improvement; strong analytical aptitude; excellent written and verbal communication; self-starter with strong organizational skills; U.S. Person status for export-controlled information access. Preferred: Manufacturing environment experience; familiarity with MES, ERP, PLM systems; experience with Confluence/JIRA, SharePoint, Airtable; SQL, Typescript, PowerBI, Tableau, Foundry, or Databricks knowledge.
