Salary: USD 87,000 - 116,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking a Project Manager to join the Manufacturing team at its Morrisville, North Carolina composites facility. This role oversees execution of development and production projects, managing schedules, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver composite parts and assemblies on time and on budget.
You will own projects from initiation through completion, developing and managing schedules and budgets while collaborating across Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Production, and Facilities. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, translating metrics and KPIs into actionable insights to monitor project health and efficiency. You will proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities, implementing strategic response plans to ensure successful delivery.
The ideal candidate demonstrates holistic ownership, bias toward action, and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will build plans to reach outcomes and manage execution with autonomy and independence, escalating effectively when required.
Required: 3+ years in project management, program management, manufacturing engineering, operations, design engineering, consulting, or change management. You must demonstrate ability to create structure and implement processes in high-growth environments, drive operational execution while thinking strategically, and make decisions in ambiguous situations with limited data. Understanding of product lifecycle phases (design/development/production) and manufacturing readiness is essential. High emotional intelligence and cross-level collaboration skills are critical. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance is required. Full-time on-site presence in Morrisville is mandatory.
Preferred: 5+ years relevant experience, track record taking products from development to full-scale production, deep knowledge of co-design and manufacturing phases, business acumen with hardware engineering background, aerospace composites or AS9100 manufacturing experience, PLM/ERP/MES system implementation experience, and strong data analytics capabilities.
