As Project Manager for Integrations, you will lead delivery of Heidi's EHR integration roadmap across North America, covering EPIC, Oracle Health, WELL Health, OSCAR Pro, and specialty-specific builds for complex health systems. You'll report to the Regional Product Manager within the Regional Integrations Reliability swimlane.
Key responsibilities include: owning the complete EHR integration delivery timeline from scoping through go-live; establishing and defending milestone dates for customers; coordinating between Customer Success and integrations engineering to triage requirements and incidents; managing the integration stage-gate process with full documentation and compliance; serving as the connective tissue between product, engineering, and commercial teams; surfacing blockers early to prevent customer-facing delays; building data-driven reporting on reliability and delivery health; and managing vendor/EHR-partner relationships through certification and launch.
You'll be measured on sprint delivery and defect escape rates, time-to-triage for incoming issues, gate discipline and documentation completeness, and contribution to the swimlane's reliability metrics (99.9% enterprise uptime, change-failure rate, integration incident MTTR).
Required: 4+ years in project or program management, ideally in healthcare tech, SaaS integrations, or technical delivery with multiple external dependencies. You must read technical scopes accurately, manage concurrent workstreams with attention to detail, communicate directly and honestly about timelines, and work effectively cross-functionally with engineering, product, and sales/customer success teams. Bonus experience includes EHR/EMR ecosystems, FHIR, HL7, or health system IT procurement cycles.
