Salary: USD 105,000 - 120,000 / annual

OpenGov is seeking a Project Manager III to lead project delivery and implementation for its AI and ERP solutions serving local and state governments. You will manage multiple concurrent projects across the public sector, overseeing scope, timeline, deliverables, and customer satisfaction. This role requires balancing quality, cost, and schedule while serving as the primary point of contact for implementation activities. Key responsibilities include setting project scope and timelines for successful customer deployments, organizing and managing a portfolio of projects with varying complexity, establishing project governance internally and externally, and partnering with cross-functional teams to gather documentation and resources. You will identify and mitigate project and customer risks, participate in the sales process as needed, support Statement of Work creation, and occasionally travel to customer sites for training and relationship building. You will also contribute to enhancing OpenGov's project delivery methodology as the solution set grows. OpenGov operates in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with 800+ employees across offices in San Francisco, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dubuque, Dallas, and Pune. The company serves over 2,000 cities, counties, state agencies, school districts, and special districts with category-leading products in enterprise asset management, procurement, accounting and budgeting, billing and revenue management, permitting and licensing, and transparency solutions. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 3 years of project management or related experience in a SaaS environment - Strong aptitude with technology tools and solutions - Exceptional analytical thinking, system perspective, and process analysis skills - Strong initiative and innovative thinking with ability to translate details into big-picture strategy - Ability to adapt to rapidly changing products and respond strategically to customer needs - Technical aptitude and proficiency with Professional Services and CRM tools - Experience with government budgeting concepts, practices, and/or finance/budgeting solutions (strong plus)
