OpenGov is seeking a Project Manager II to lead implementation and deployment of the Government App Builder platform—a low-code, no-code solution enabling state and local governments to build solutions for grants management, disaster preparedness, capital planning, and project management.
You will own project scope, timeline, and deliverables for assigned customers, serving as the primary point of contact for implementation activities. Responsibilities include organizing and managing multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity, partnering with cross-functional teams to gather documentation and resources, identifying and mitigating project and customer risks, and supporting the sales process as needed. You'll develop implementation approaches, contribute to Statement of Work creation, and occasionally travel to customer sites for training and relationship support.
The role requires translating detailed requirements into actionable plans, managing communications with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining seamless customer experience throughout the deployment lifecycle. You'll contribute to enhancing OpenGov's project delivery methodology as the product suite grows.
OpenGov serves over 2,000 cities, counties, state agencies, school districts, and special districts with category-leading products in enterprise asset management, procurement, accounting and budgeting, billing and revenue management, permitting and licensing, and transparency.
