As a Project Manager I in Add-on Delivery, you will manage the implementation of new banking products for banks and credit unions. This role requires managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication with financial institution clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining an Eastern Standard Time work schedule (8am–5pm EST) while based in Bengaluru or Sterling, VA
- Working directly with financial institutions to implement new banking products
- Representing Candescent on client calls, emails, and internal/external meetings
- Tracking projects effectively using detailed project plans and keeping customers informed
- Coordinating with multiple internal and external teams (product, engineering, QA) to ensure successful product installation and issue resolution
- Managing several complex projects simultaneously across multiple customers
- Delivering high-level customer service as measured by satisfaction surveys
- Creating and maintaining standard operating procedure documentation
- Ensuring project deadlines are met and project management systems remain current
- Identifying high-level opportunities for improvement and organizational change
You will work in a hybrid model with the ability to work remotely, though you must provide your own internet and maintain a professional environment for video calls with US-based clients. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while working both independently and as part of a team.
