Snowflake is seeking a Project Manager to manage mid-sized technical projects and serve as the foundation of the delivery team. In this role, you will own the operational relationship with assigned clients, ensuring their data warehouse applications scale to meet business needs while maintaining a customer-centric mindset.
Key responsibilities include maintaining project documentation and tracking task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia, creating detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with associated effort and resource assignments, and leading internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and follow-up. You will navigate internal resource conflicts to keep projects on track and maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target while achieving CSAT scores greater than 4.0.
This is a journey-level position that provides a clear path toward advanced project management by mastering zero-surprise reporting and operational excellence. You will work with Snowflake's cutting-edge data warehouse technology in a disruptive software environment, adopting an AI-native mindset and treating emerging capabilities as high-trust collaborators to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results.
Ideal candidates typically have 2-5 years of field experience in services delivery or technical implementation roles. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture knowledge. SnowPro Core certification is required within 60 days of hire. Fluency in German is required due to regional requirements. You should be comfortable moving fast in dynamic environments, possess low ego, and thrive with an experimental mindset.
