LILT is seeking a Project Manager, Production to oversee successful execution of complex production workflows across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. This role sits at the heart of the production lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to quality standards.
You will orchestrate end-to-end workflows spanning translation, QA, DTP, multimedia, and linguistic sign-off for LILT's largest enterprise customers. You'll engage directly with customers to clarify requirements, confirm asset receipt, and provide status updates aligned with SLAs. Internally, you'll coordinate with engineering and linguistic teams to resolve bottlenecks quickly and own all communication within defined SLAs.
Key responsibilities include managing project budgets, identifying and mitigating risks, delegating administrative work, balancing priorities across multiple customers, and ensuring delivery against production KPIs (margin, quality, on-time delivery). You'll manage linguist sourcing, monitor linguistic assets (TMs, style guides, reference materials), train supporting resources, develop process documentation, and escalate quality issues as needed.
You'll also handle system administration including data entry accuracy, invoicing and payments, file analysis, and ongoing risk assessment. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority deadlines while maintaining responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders.
Required: 2-5+ years managing large-scale complex production for enterprise customers, proven customer-facing experience, excellent internal communication skills, solid organizational abilities, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Video localization experience is preferred.
