Stratio is a predictive maintenance and condition monitoring platform for public transportation fleets. The company monitors fleet health in real time and alerts operators to potential failures before they occur, serving over 1.3 billion annual travelers.
You will own project delivery for Stratio's French-speaking clients across Europe, managing the full lifecycle from kickoff through steady-state operations. This role bridges technical deployment and client success, requiring you to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage on-site activities, and ensure seamless integration of Stratio's AI-powered solutions with client vehicle fleets.
Key responsibilities include:
**Project Delivery & Coordination**: Serve as the primary point of contact between Stratio and clients, gathering and validating technical requirements before deployment. Coordinate assigned field teams, organize priorities, assign tasks, track progress, and maintain clear communication internally and externally.
**Client & Onsite Management**: Coordinate on-site activities directly with clients, manage vehicle availability, and handle administrative compliance requirements at client depots.
**Logistics & Operations**: Handle project requests, schedule travel and accommodations, procure materials, and manage ground-level logistics for implementations.
**Quality & Compliance**: Ensure adherence to Stratio procedures and quality standards through proper documentation and compliance tracking.
**Budget Management**: Track and manage project expenses with ongoing cost visibility.
**Partner Management**: Identify, onboard, and manage external installation partners while evaluating performance and ensuring consistent quality.
This is not a traditional SaaS delivery role. You'll need to quickly learn Stratio's technical business to support deployments meaningfully, not just coordinate them. Client sites, vehicle availability, and depot compliance mean plans change frequently—you'll adapt in real time and regularly coordinate on-site activity and travel logistics.
You'll own the relationship, delivery, and outcomes for French-speaking clients at a company with real customers, real revenue, and proven product-market fit. You'll join early enough to shape how projects are executed, with direct visibility to leadership and founders.
