Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 / annual

BETA Technologies is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee capital projects and serve as the primary liaison between BETA and external Construction Managers. This role manages all aspects of construction coordination, including design review, schedule management, quality assurance, permitting, and on-site safety. Key responsibilities include: - Review electrical, mechanical, structural, landscape, architecture, and interior design drawings throughout the design process to ensure proper coordination - Coordinate shop drawing and submittal reviews to verify conformance with project design and quality standards - Conduct schedule reviews and assess jobsite progress, including CPM schedule updates from contractors - Prepare monthly and quarterly construction activity reports and lead status reviews with leadership - Manage RFI (Request for Information) and PCO (Project Change Order) processes - Handle permitting, approvals, and compliance verification throughout project lifecycle - Assist with budget preparation and cost review - Implement company-wide construction policies, bonding, insurance documentation, and accounting guidelines - Provide problem-solving support involving ownership, design, and contractor teams - Support FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) installation and coordination Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree (preferably in civil engineering or construction management), 5-7 years of construction management experience in a lead project manager role, and expertise in procurement, permitting, planning, and construction methods for significant new construction projects. Candidates should demonstrate strong quantitative and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
