Setpoint is building infrastructure that powers credit relationships for the world's largest banks, credit funds, and capital markets counterparties. We're seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Project Manager to bring structure and visibility to cross-functional teams and ensure effective delivery on commitments.
In this role, you will serve as a central point of coordination across projects, managing project boards, coordinating priorities and deadlines, supporting contractors, and facilitating key operating meetings. You'll turn complex, fast-moving work into clear plans, workflows, and priorities while identifying risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints before they become delivery problems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and maintain project and ticket management across teams using Linear, Asana, and related tools
- Ensure work is captured in clear, actionable tickets with sufficient context, appropriate owners, cross-initiative priorities, dependencies, and realistic deadlines
- Monitor project progress, capacity, dependencies, and delivery risks, surfacing trade-offs when commitments and resources are misaligned
- Escalate bottlenecks and recommend ways to improve efficiency, throughput, team coordination, and quality of life
- Run project board reviews and key operating meetings, ensuring discussions result in clear decisions
- Improve cross-functional coordination and handoffs so work doesn't get lost, duplicated, or passed without adequate context
- Monitor team capacity, identify staffing gaps, and recommend adjustments to scope, sequencing, and timelines
You're a systems-minded organizer who enjoys turning complexity into clarity. You're a proactive problem solver who identifies bottlenecks early, a clear communicator who facilitates productive conversations, and a collaborative operator who improves coordination across teams. You care about operational excellence and can introduce structure without unnecessary bureaucracy while adapting as the organization evolves.
