Flagler Health is building a clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care. The company partners with MSK provider groups and specialty clinics to help them grow, operate more efficiently, and deliver better longitudinal care across patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and ongoing patient engagement. Recently raised Series B funding, the company is entering its next phase of growth.
As Project Manager, Customer Success, you will manage the implementation queue for incoming clinic onboardings. Each clinic represents a distinct project: connecting new EHRs, standing up data pipelines, and aligning multiple teams. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle from initial contract signature to go-live.
Key responsibilities:
- Rank incoming requests by impact, dependencies, and launch dates to prioritize the team's work
- Carry each clinic from first call through full go-live, steering technical work throughout
- Break scope into schedules with clear owners and firm dates
- Keep engineering, product, and clinic stakeholders aligned with clean handoffs
- Surface risks early and escalate before dates slip
- Provide transparent status updates to internal teams and clinics
- Continuously refine the onboarding playbook and route recurring product gaps back to engineering
You will work in a startup environment that values ownership, building from scratch, speed, transparency, and curiosity. The role requires balancing multiple simultaneous clinic launches while maintaining quality and predictability.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience running technical or implementation projects, with complex projects shipped on schedule
- Fluency with APIs, data models, and integrations sufficient to reason about system connections (coding not required)
- Clear communication skills with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- Sound judgment in triage: knowing what to prioritize, defer, and escalate
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous launches without losing focus
Bonus qualifications:
- Healthcare data or health-tech background
- Hands-on experience with EHRs or other clinical systems
- Experience building at a startup or high-growth company
