Precision for Medicine is seeking a Project Manager for Central Laboratory Services to lead CRO laboratory projects remotely from Poland, Serbia, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, or the UK. This role manages the full lifecycle of laboratory projects spanning assay development, clinical testing, biorepository/sample management, logistics, and study kitting. You will serve as the primary client-facing lead, translating project plans into execution while ensuring timely delivery against contracted timelines and budgets. Key responsibilities include: leading projects from conception through close-out with detailed planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication; creating and managing project timelines, budgets, and resource plans; coordinating daily activities and delegating work to team members; serving as the company's face to clients and collaborators; managing data, inventory, and shipping procedures; preparing project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders; monitoring revenue objectives and project expenses; identifying and escalating out-of-scope work; assessing and mitigating technical, project, and business risks; and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations. You will work cross-functionally within the organization, mentor junior Project Managers, identify process improvement opportunities, and provide internal consulting on project management issues. The role requires strong communication and listening skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, and a system-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and growth. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field (e.g., engineering); proven experience as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories at a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech company; excellent listening and communication skills; proficiency with MS Office/MS 365 applications; strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
