Precision for Medicine is seeking a Project Manager for Central Laboratory Services to lead CRO laboratory projects across assay development, clinical testing, biorepository management, and sample logistics. This client-facing role requires translating project plans into action while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include leading projects from conception through close-out with detailed planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and revenue goals while coordinating cross-functional teams and delegating responsibilities. The role involves daily coordination of scheduled activities, client communication regarding data management and shipping, and preparation of project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
You will serve as the internal consulting resource on project management issues, identify process improvement opportunities, mentor junior Project Managers, and ensure work product complies with regulatory standards and client expectations. Responsibilities also include monitoring operational delivery against contracted timelines and budgets, assessing and mitigating technical and business risks, and managing all tasks to ensure client expectations are met.
The position requires excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to make colleagues and clients feel understood. You will work on problems of moderate scope requiring analysis of multiple factors, navigate ambiguity with a systems-thinking approach, and exercise judgment within defined procedures. This is a key role requiring internal cross-functional leadership and external partnership with clients and collaborators across the globe.
