Precision for Medicine is seeking a Project Manager for Central Laboratory Services to lead CRO laboratory projects across multiple disciplines. This role is responsible for managing new and existing projects focused on accelerating the development and adoption of novel therapeutics, including assay development, clinical testing, biorepository/sample management, logistics, and study kitting. Key responsibilities include leading projects from conception through close-out with detailed planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and revenue goals while ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. The role involves cross-functional leadership, coordinating with internal teams and external clients/vendors on routine and complex matters. You will create and maintain project documentation, track metrics, prepare reports and presentations for internal and external meetings, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Daily responsibilities include supervising scheduled activities, delegating work, managing data and inventory, coordinating shipping procedures, and responding promptly to project events. You will also mentor junior Project Managers and assist senior staff as needed. The position requires excellent communication and listening skills, with an ability to make colleagues and clients feel understood. You must navigate ambiguity, apply company policies to resolve issues, and exercise judgment within defined procedures. Success requires managing moderate-scope problems through analysis of multiple factors and maintaining productive working relationships across the organization.
