Precision for Medicine is seeking a Project Manager for Central Laboratory Services to lead CRO laboratory projects across multiple disciplines, with a focus on accelerating the development and adoption of novel therapeutics. The role encompasses assay development, clinical testing, biorepository/sample management, logistics, and study kitting for global client projects.
You will lead projects from conception through close-out, ensuring detailed planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and revenue goals; coordinating daily activities and delegating responsibilities; serving as the primary client-facing contact; and maintaining detailed project documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
The role requires excellent listening and communication skills to ensure internal colleagues and clients feel understood. You will create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans while optimizing quality and efficiency. Daily coordination includes supervision of scheduled activities, delegation of contracted work, and timely responses to project events. You will prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings, manage client communications regarding data management and shipping, and track relevant business metrics.
Additional responsibilities include identifying out-of-scope work, assessing and mitigating technical and business risks, ensuring compliance with design and performance standards, and resolving operational issues. You will mentor junior Project Managers and provide internal consulting on project management issues while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
The position is fully remote and available to candidates in Poland, Serbia, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, or the UK. This is a key role requiring cross-functional leadership and strong client relationship management within a biotech CRO environment.
