Arta Finance is a wealthtech platform that democratizes sophisticated investment strategies and alternative asset access through AI and digital tools, making them available to a global audience beyond ultra-high-net-worth individuals. You will own end-to-end delivery of B2B enterprise partnerships, acting as the central coordinator between Arta's internal teams and external partner organizations. This role manages multiple concurrent engagements from kickoff through launch and post-launch support, with direct visibility to senior leadership and the Chief of Staff. Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining detailed project plans with milestone tracking and dependency identification; serving as the primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders; running regular status updates and steering meetings; flagging risks, delays, and scope issues proactively; making judgment calls on scope clarification versus timeline preservation; and maintaining transparent project tracking (tracker, decision log, open issues list) accessible to all stakeholders without requiring status requests. You'll need 5+ years in IT or technical project management, preferably on enterprise or B2B software delivery. Essential experience includes managing external partner/vendor relationships alongside internal delivery teams. You should be comfortable with scope management—pushing back for clarity when needed while making pragmatic calls when perfect clarity isn't achievable. Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences are required, along with the organizational capacity to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Proficiency with project tracking tools (Linear, Jira) is expected. Background in financial services, wealthtech, or fintech is valued but not required. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus. The role offers robust health insurance, 20 weeks parental leave, 17 days PTO plus holidays, and up to SG$75/month internet reimbursement.
