Snowflake is seeking a Project Manager to lead mid-sized technical implementation projects for enterprise data warehouse clients. In this role, you will own the operational relationship with assigned customers, ensuring their Snowflake deployments scale effectively to meet business needs.
You will be responsible for project governance, including maintaining detailed documentation, tracking task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia, and creating granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with associated resource allocations. You'll lead both internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up, while navigating internal resource conflicts to keep projects on track.
Success in this role is measured by maintaining project margins within ±5% of target and achieving customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores above 4.0. You'll work with cutting-edge data warehouse technology in a fast-moving, disruptive software environment.
This is positioned as a "Journey-Level" role with a clear path toward advanced project management by mastering "zero-surprise" reporting and delivery excellence. You'll adopt a deeply customer-centric mindset, moving fast to discover simpler ways to deliver results.
Required qualifications: 2–5 years of field experience in services delivery or technical implementation; Bachelor's degree; proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture; SnowPro Core certification required within 60 days of hire; fluent English and local language fluency where regionally required.
