Re:Build Manufacturing is revitalizing America's manufacturing base through an advanced, end-to-end manufacturing platform serving aerospace and defense, electrification, medical, energy, and robotics sectors. Re:Build Optimation, a division with 40+ years of experience, specializes in custom-engineered process equipment and automated systems, operating with 70+ engineers and 150,000 sq ft of fabrication space. You will lead moderately complex to complex engineering programs and projects from planning through delivery and operational handoff. Your core responsibilities include: **Project Leadership**: Manage engineering projects to ensure safe, on-schedule, on-budget, and quality delivery. Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements. Support project governance through status reporting, team meetings, and stakeholder updates. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and field teams. Participate in build reviews, technical risk assessments, and constructability reviews. Support resolution of technical and operational challenges. **Stakeholder Management**: Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams and clients. Communicate project status, risks, schedule impacts, and mitigation plans. Support customer meetings and issue resolution under senior leadership mentorship. **Budget & Schedule Management**: Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource prioritization. Monitor financial and schedule performance metrics. Support cost estimating, contract reviews, and change management. **Risk Management**: Identify technical, operational, and scheduling risks with mitigation strategies. Support problem-solving and corrective actions. Maintain risk documentation and provide leadership updates. **Continuous Improvement**: Support operational efficiency initiatives and process improvements across the organization.
