As a Project Manager within the Enterprise PMO, you will lead strategic, cross-functional projects spanning enterprise business initiatives and care program support. You'll work closely with business owners and stakeholders to translate objectives into executable plans and shepherd projects from conception through delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple concurrent, complex cross-functional projects from planning through delivery
- Partnering with stakeholders to define outcomes, scope, requirements, deliverables, and success metrics
- Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers
- Driving execution and accountability across teams to remove blockers and resolve issues
- Managing scope and timeline changes through impact assessment and stakeholder alignment
- Providing clear visibility to stakeholders and leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes
- Contributing to PMO process improvement and governance enhancements
You bring 3+ years of project management experience managing complex initiatives, ideally in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS environments. You're an independent driver comfortable managing competing priorities across multiple teams. You excel at synthesizing information for diverse audiences (technical, non-technical, executive) and have strong stakeholder management skills, influencing without direct authority. You're organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in ambiguous environments. Experience with project management platforms (monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, ClickUp) and modern collaboration tools is expected. PMP certification is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
