Narvar is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer implementations of its post-purchase experience platform for retail clients. You'll manage end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through post-go-live, serving as the primary point of contact for customers while ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and strong cross-functional alignment.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer implementation projects with attention to milestones, risks, and dependencies; collaborating with Customer Engineers and internal stakeholders; facilitating technical discussions to translate customer requirements into implementation plans; supporting change management and scope adjustments; maintaining accurate project documentation and timelines; and participating in post-go-live handoff and knowledge-sharing sessions.
You'll bring 5+ years of client-facing project management, onboarding, or technical implementation experience, ideally in a SaaS environment. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; CAPM certification is a plus. You're comfortable with basic technical concepts (APIs, data mapping, JSON) and tools like Salesforce, Jira, or Rocketlane. You excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and solving problems creatively.
