Graphcore is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional transformation initiatives that support the company's next phase of growth. You will deliver business systems implementations, migrations, integrations, and significant process changes across IT, Finance, People, Operations, and external partners. In this role, you will bring structure to complex work by managing scope, plans, risks, dependencies, testing, go-live, and stabilization. You will work closely with Business Analysts, subject matter experts, technical teams, and external vendors to turn agreed requirements into clear delivery plans and controlled implementation. Your responsibilities span early planning through hypercare, ensuring strong adoption, governance, and long-term support across the business. The Data & Transformation team improves how Graphcore operates across processes, tooling, and ways of working. Decisions are made through transparent governance with clear ownership and visible risk, issue, and decision tracking. You will keep momentum while ensuring change is supportable after go-live. Required experience includes proven delivery of cross-functional business systems and operational change, strong project management fundamentals (planning, governance, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication), and ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams through testing, go-live, and stabilization. You should be comfortable working with Business Analysts, subject matter experts, vendors, and delivery partners. Strong written communication skills and experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools are essential. You will need strong organizational judgment and confidence to manage competing priorities and resolve blockers.
