As Project Manager for the Distribution team within the Growth organization, you'll be the operational engine translating partner ambitions into live, scaling distribution. You'll sit at the intersection of Partner Management, Commercial, Connectivity, and Operations teams, owning the end-to-end execution of distribution strategies. Key responsibilities include: - Design and coordinate end-to-end distribution plans for each partner, defining which experiences, channels, timelines, and outcomes matter most - Serve as the project management hub across four cross-functional teams, owning timelines, dependencies, and deliverables - Drive execution by coordinating catalog launches, unblocking issues, and keeping integrations on track - Manage the pipeline of distribution projects, prioritizing by impact vs. effort and maintaining stakeholder alignment - Build repeatable onboarding processes and playbooks to scale partner acquisition faster - Track and report on project KPIs including time-to-launch, coverage, partners live, and revenue ramp - Identify risks and bottlenecks early and drive resolution You bring 3–5 years of project/program management, PMO, operations, or partner coordination experience, ideally in high-growth startups, marketplaces, travel/ticketing, or e-commerce. An engineering background is required. You thrive in tech-startup environments, excel at stakeholder management and influencing without formal authority, and combine business acumen with partner-oriented thinking. You're organized, analytical, and comfortable working across technical and commercial teams.
