As a Project Manager, you will drive high-impact initiatives across the organization in a Scaled Agile environment. You'll manage complex cross-functional dependencies spanning engineering, product, compliance, and operations teams, ensuring seamless execution from planning through end-user adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional company initiatives from strategy through execution and delivery, guiding multi-phase releases
- Owning agile ceremonies for software development scrum teams (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, standups, backlog grooming)
- Defining and tracking milestones, identifying and managing technical and business dependencies
- Driving go-to-market strategy and implementations across legal, sales, compliance, and operations
- Developing clear goals and measurable outcomes while maintaining adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Facilitating cross-functional communication and decision-making to ensure alignment on priorities
- Maintaining project plans, RAID logs, and status artifacts
- Directing requirements gathering and technical design sessions, including full-day onsite workshops
- Collaborating with product and engineering leads to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment
- Leveraging AI-assisted tooling for project visualization and real-time reporting
- Using data to evaluate progress, highlight risks, and communicate program health to stakeholders
- Managing workflows using Jira, Confluence, and G-Suite
