Comply365 is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex project delivery initiatives. You will own the full project lifecycle, from planning through delivery and value realization, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
**Lifecycle Governance & Gate Management**: Lead and facilitate Phase Gate Reviews as formal decision forums across the delivery lifecycle. Validate readiness across scope, dependencies, resources, and outcomes using evidence-based criteria. Enforce gate classifications and escalate when criteria are not met rather than facilitating progression without validation.
**Project Planning & Execution**: Develop and execute comprehensive Project Management Plans to deliver products and services on time and on budget. Manage day-to-day operational aspects including scope tracking, sequencing, and milestone management. Track deliverables using tools like Monday.com for efficient reporting.
**Baseline Integrity & Change Governance**: Maintain alignment between delivery execution and the PSDD baseline (contractual scope, sequencing, and commitments). Identify and escalate deviations from baseline, assess change magnitude, and trigger formal governance processes. Ensure all changes are documented, communicated, and governed appropriately.
**Risk, Issues & Escalation Management**: Perform project risk and issue assessment with transparent reporting across delivery, capacity, and financial exposure. Handle escalations and time-critical issues with structured approaches. Ensure exceptions are deliberate, visible decisions with formal documentation and appropriate executive approvals.
**Cross-Functional Leadership**: Lead and coordinate matrixed teams including Business Consultants, Product/Engineering, and customer stakeholders. Manage resource dependencies and sequencing clarity across workstreams.
**Stakeholder Communication**: Manage expectations through clear, consistent status updates, risk/issue reporting, and readiness assessments. Articulate value propositions to end users, business owners, procurement, and IT.
**Adoption & Value Realization**: Ensure readiness for training, launch, and adoption. Define and track adoption metrics and value realization outcomes.
This is a hybrid role based in Orlando with an expectation of 3 days per week in the office.
