Comply365 is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex project delivery engagements. You will own the full project lifecycle—from commercial engagement through delivery and value realization—serving as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
**Lifecycle Governance & Gate Management**: Lead and facilitate Phase Gate Reviews as formal decision forums, validating readiness across scope, dependencies, resources, and deliverable quality. Enforce gate criteria and escalate when progression conditions are not met.
**Project Planning & Execution**: Develop and execute comprehensive Project Management Plans to deliver products and services on time and on budget. Manage day-to-day operational aspects including scope tracking, sequencing, milestone management, and deliverable tracking using tools like Monday.com.
**Baseline Integrity & Change Governance**: Maintain alignment between delivery execution and the PSDD (Project Scope Definition Document) baseline. Identify and escalate deviations from contractual scope, sequencing, and commitments. Ensure changes are formally documented, communicated, and governed rather than managed informally.
**Risk, Issues & Escalation Management**: Perform project risk and issue assessment, mitigation planning, and transparent reporting across delivery, capacity, and financial exposure. Handle escalations and time-critical issues with structured approaches, ensuring exceptions are deliberate, visible decisions with formal documentation and executive approval.
**Cross-Functional Delivery Leadership**: Lead and coordinate matrixed teams including Business Consultants, Product/Engineering, and customer stakeholders. Manage resource dependencies and sequencing clarity across workstreams.
**Stakeholder Communication & Value Articulation**: Provide clear, consistent status updates on risks, issues, readiness, and decision requirements. Articulate value propositions to end users, business owners, procurement, and IT stakeholders.
**Adoption & Value Realization**: Ensure readiness for training, launch, and adoption; define and track adoption metrics and value realization outcomes.
This is a hybrid role based in the Dallas office with an expectation of 3 days per week on-site.
