0G Labs is seeking a proactive Project Manager to drive execution across business, product, and engineering teams in a distributed, fast-moving environment. This role focuses on translating company priorities into clear projects with defined owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes, then staying close to execution to ensure delivery.
Key responsibilities include: driving cross-functional projects from planning through completion; establishing effective operating rhythms for distributed teams through documentation and asynchronous communication; coordinating with engineering and business teams to clarify priorities, requirements, and dependencies; proactively identifying blockers and risks before they impact delivery; supporting OKR/KPI setting and tracking; building dashboards and reporting processes for leadership visibility; facilitating focused meetings that translate into clear decisions; and improving internal processes as the company scales.
The ideal candidate brings 4–7 years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, or strategy & operations roles. Required skills include proven ability to independently drive complex multi-team projects, strong project management fundamentals (planning, prioritization, dependency management, risk management), experience with product/engineering teams, familiarity with OKRs and performance tracking, excellent stakeholder management, and strong remote communication habits. Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred experience includes work at startups, scale-ups, or technology companies in AI, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools; building project-management processes for distributed teams; coordinating between Chinese-speaking engineering teams and English-speaking business stakeholders; and familiarity with tools like Linear, Jira, Notion, or Slack.
