Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 / annual
iCapital is hiring an Associate Project Manager to support external clients throughout project implementation and software development lifecycle. The PM will manage client statements of work, facilitate requirements analysis and design, baseline project plans, track financial status, ensure timeline adherence, manage scope changes, and mitigate risk to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional customer service to external clients and internal teams
- Manage project deliverables to ensure completion on schedule, within budget, and to client satisfaction
- Maintain project financial performance within approved budgets
- Deliver project timelines on or ahead of schedule
- Manage resource allocation through accurate bookings and coordination
- Assess, communicate, and manage scope changes with client approval
- Track productivity, utilization, and margin metrics per company guidelines
- Maintain accurate project data in project management systems (resourcing, task management, bookings, time recording, budgets, timelines, dependencies)
- Meet established KPIs aligned with Project Management requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years' experience in project or program management
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Visio)
- Experience with project management software (JIRA, MS Project, or similar)
- Project Management Certifications a plus (PMP, CSM, CAPM, SAFe)
- Six Sigma or Lean process improvement experience a plus
- Experience in financial services, particularly life insurance or annuities, a plus
