As Project Management Lead, you will drive high-impact expansion initiatives and commercial growth across the organization. You will formulate and monitor expansion plans and commercial prospects, converting industry trends and analytics into measurable business outcomes. You will establish core success benchmarks and KPIs to track performance across all project workstreams.
Key responsibilities include orchestrating full-lifecycle flagship projects through rigorous coordination, delivery, and data review with consistent reporting to leadership. You will govern diverse internal and external partnerships, identifying and mitigating potential threats to ensure mission-critical goals are achieved on schedule. You will present performance reviews and progress updates to regional and global stakeholders, maintaining transparency across the organization.
This role requires leading a high-performance team, fostering engagement, and driving consistent achievement of revenue targets. You will build and maintain strong client relationships with a customer-centric approach, and leverage data and analytical tools (such as Tableau) to inform strategic decision-making and identify trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field from a reputable university (UI, ITB, UGM, or overseas equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience growing and retaining business while leading a team to consistently exceed revenue targets
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing an effective sales team, fostering high-performance culture, and driving team engagement
- Hands-on experience building data and analytical tools (e.g., Tableau) to drive decision-making
- High proficiency in analyzing data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive strategic initiatives
- Customer-centric approach with proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proven experience working with major smartphone OEMs or smartphone retailers in Indonesia is strongly preferred
