As a Project Engineer, you will serve as a critical coordinator for multi-system aerospace projects at the Crossville, Tennessee facility. Your primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using engineering judgment, identifying critical paths and potential blockers, and facilitating clear communication across cross-functional engineering teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and refine project schedules with critical path analysis and risk forecasting
- Coordinate with internal teams to align priorities and timelines across concurrent projects
- Lead standups and status meetings for testing teams
- Define requirements, establish milestones, and develop risk management strategies
- Inform project decisions by balancing technical performance, schedule, and risk considerations
- Communicate project status, priorities, issues, and resource needs to leadership
- Utilize agile project management tools to plan sprints, track progress, and maintain cross-team documentation
