Magenta Medical is seeking a Project Engineer to join its Engineering team and drive the scaling of manufacturing for an innovative Class III medical device. In this role, you will lead process improvement initiatives for the company's flagship product, planning and executing manufacturing process validation activities to ensure compliance, consistency, and efficiency. You will validate existing production processes and support the development, implementation, and transfer of new manufacturing processes from development into full production. Working cross-functionally with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Production, and Operations teams, you will identify optimization opportunities to improve product quality, manufacturability, and operational efficiency. All process validation activities must be performed in accordance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements, making this a role where attention to detail and regulatory knowledge are critical.
