Shield AI, a venture-backed defense-tech company, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Finance Transformation initiatives. The role will primarily focus on Oracle ERP implementation over the next 12 months, serving as a central coordination hub across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating across Oracle ERP implementation workstreams and managing project administration
- Supporting governance activities, stakeholder communications, and operational readiness efforts
- Providing day-to-day administrative and logistical support to Project Managers, PMO leadership, finance teams, technology partners, and external consultants
- Tracking project milestones, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth execution during implementation and stabilization phases
- Facilitating communication between finance, technology, and business teams
Following the Oracle implementation, the role will expand to support the broader Finance Transformation PMO, including acquisition integration and other strategic finance initiatives. This is an opportunity to be embedded in a critical enterprise transformation at a high-growth defense-tech company with global operations. The coordinator will gain exposure to enterprise systems implementation, program management, and cross-functional stakeholder management at scale.
