Infleqtion is commercializing atom-based quantum technologies for sensing and computing applications. The Project Coordinator will support project operations and execution of the quantum computing roadmap, serving as a critical operations hub for the R&D and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include:
**Operational & Facilities Support**: Manage day-to-day operational tasks including light equipment maintenance, materials inventory procedures, order pickup and distribution, and coordination between shipping/receiving, IT, vendors, and engineering teams.
**Project & Proposal Support**: Support proposal development, statement of work creation, and budget scoping. Once projects are awarded, track deliverables, schedules, budgets, inventory, purchasing, and subcontract communications. Maintain alignment between resources and technical objectives through risk tracking, task management, and progress reporting.
**Operational Communications**: Act as the primary internal liaison between the Quantum Computing R&D/Engineering/Program Management teams and company stakeholders in finance, facilities, marketing, and legal.
**Process, Compliance & Controls**: Enforce internal processes including export control compliance, IT security procedures, sensitive information handling, reliability tracking, and follow-up on open compliance tickets.
**Scheduling & Coordination**: Manage complex scheduling across multiple calendars, facilitate scrum rituals and meetings, track action items, and assist with trainings, timesheets, and communications.
**Tools & Reporting**: Maintain Jira boards (scrum and Gantt charts), track purchase requests, monitor reliability and process adherence, seed meeting notes in Confluence, and support timesheet completion.
Ideal candidates demonstrate fast learning ability, strong organizational skills, clear communication, process awareness with discretion around compliance and security, problem-solving initiative, and proven scheduling/coordination expertise. Comfort with AI tools and search engines for independent research is expected.
