Salary: USD 55,650 - 83,475 / annual
OneTrust is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead guided onboarding and small project implementations for customers. In this role, you will serve as the single point of contact managing the entire customer journey from project initiation through completion, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning guided onboarding and small project success from start to finish
- Coordinating across Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support teams
- Organizing project initiation meetings, kick-offs, and implementation closeouts
- Creating and managing project plans with ongoing status reporting
- Managing project scope, risks, and issues to keep initiatives on track
- Setting clear prioritization, objectives, and expectations with customers
- Driving project momentum from workshop initiation to completion with focus on adoption
You are a hard-working, determined individual comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You excel at independent problem-solving and processing information quickly. You bring strong prioritization and time management skills, along with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities and a passion for technology.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Project Management certifications (PMI, Prince 2)
- Previous project coordination experience
- SaaS implementation experience
