The company is building the infrastructure layer for the AI era, currently 100+ people across London, Palo Alto, and New York with rapid growth planned.
As Project Controls Manager for the Nordics project, you will own all project controls—schedule, cost, risk, and reporting. Embedded within the project team, you will maintain the baseline and ensure leadership always has an accurate picture of project status.
Key responsibilities include: owning project planning, cost control, and reporting end-to-end; maintaining the integrated project schedule and measuring progress honestly; running cost forecasting, accruals, and value-of-work-done reporting; managing change control to protect the baseline; maintaining the project risk register and driving mitigation; interrogating contractor schedules and payment applications; producing clear, decision-ready reporting for project and regional leadership; and applying fleet controls standards and systems on site.
You will bring essential project controls experience on data center or major capital projects, strong command of Primavera P6 and cost management practices, experience across both planning and cost disciplines, a proven track record running change control on live projects, sharp analytical and reporting skills, and willingness to be based in the Nordics through project delivery. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical depth and leadership capability to manage a critical infrastructure project.
