This Project Analyst role sits on the Service Delivery team within Onboarding and Knowledge Management. You will be responsible for onboarding new client engagements onto the Euclid platform, managing document workflows, and supporting the development of AI-assisted tools that extract and classify project data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitate project onboarding by coordinating internal meetings, managing software setup, handling document uploads, and extracting key data points from project documents using AI assistance
- Own quality control for AI-generated outputs, reviewing and correcting AI-classified documents, extracted deal terms, and gap analyses before delivery to internal teams or clients
- Support platform development by serving as a power user, providing design and process feedback, and surfacing feature requests
- Design, build, and manage AI tools to streamline renewable energy project onboarding
- Work with the Program Manager and Director to codify best practices into standard operating procedures and knowledge management strategies
- Gain broad exposure to renewable energy development, diligence, execution, and finance through collaboration with renewables experts
- Help establish higher industry standards for project quality and speed through platform and process standardization
- Contribute to building a rapidly-growing team and company culture
You bring 2+ years of project experience in renewable energy, energy, or adjacent industries (or a demonstrated desire to enter the renewables space). A bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, or other technical fields is preferred but not required. You have general knowledge of the renewable energy project lifecycle, including project development, financing, deployment, and asset management, as well as familiarity with project management principles and customer success methods.
