As Programme Manager for the Land domain, you will run a defined workstream within a complex defence programme, serving as the connective tissue between engineering, commercial, and operational functions. Your primary responsibility is keeping delivery on track and stakeholders aligned across a multi-faceted initiative.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and run a Land domain workstream, coordinating deliverables across engineering and commercial tracks while keeping the team aligned on priorities, milestones, and customer commitments
- Manage working-level relationships with customers and partners, ensuring meeting outputs, decisions, and actions are clearly documented, assigned, and tracked to completion
- Maintain programme tracking dashboards and risk registers, presenting status clearly to internal and external stakeholders and surfacing challenges before they impact delivery
- Translate technical progress into clear, accessible reporting for non-technical audiences
- Coordinate across Helsing's internal functions, pulling the right capabilities into your workstream at the right time
- Support commercial outreach by identifying opportunities as they emerge and maintaining a broad internal network
- Escalate risks proactively and drive resolution
