The Program Timing Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring integrated program timelines and schedules for vehicle programs. This role ensures that all program activities—from concept through the start of production—are properly sequenced, resourced, and tracked against critical milestones. The analyst provides schedule visibility across cross-functional teams, identifies timing risks before they impact delivery, and supports program teams in executing on-time vehicle launches. Key responsibilities include building and updating master schedules, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to align dependencies, flagging schedule variances and mitigation strategies, and presenting program status to leadership. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with scheduling tools and methodologies, and the ability to communicate complex timelines clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
