Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 / annual

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Program Security Manager to provide embedded security support to classified defense programs within the Frontier Systems Division. This role supports programs with classification levels ranging from collateral to SAP/SCI, requiring deep expertise in U.S. government security policies and industrial security practices. You will serve as the primary security advisor to the Contractor Program Manager and program team, ensuring compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, DoDM 5205.07, and customer-specific security requirements outlined in DD-254s. Your responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive security programs spanning multiple disciplines: personnel security, physical security, communications security, and operational security (OPSEC). Key duties include: - Providing dedicated security support on assigned classified contracts, covering personnel and physical security initiatives - Ensuring full compliance with federal security regulations and customer requirements - Advising the Program Manager on security initiatives and identifying issues that impact operations - Preparing security plans, Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), and documentation for classified information and hardware movement, transportation, storage, and operation - Developing and delivering security education and training to program personnel in coordination with the security education manager - Investigating security incidents and recommending mitigations to program and security leadership - Administering OPSEC and Program Protection planning requirements - Coordinating classified meetings, managing Visitor Access Requests (VARs), and liaising between Security Services and meeting hosts This is an embedded role requiring close collaboration with a dynamic program team in a fast-paced environment. You must be self-motivated, able to establish trust quickly, and capable of operating independently while working within a collaborative structure. REQUIREMENTS: - High school diploma and seven years of industrial security-related experience - Exceptional time management and prioritization skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and achieve goals - Experience conducting security briefings and debriefings with ability to clearly explain security processes and procedures - Experience implementing multiple security disciplines including Personnel, Physical, Communications, and Operations Security programs - Professional communication skills, both oral and written, with all levels of employees, management, and customers - Reliable attendance and punctuality (in-person office role) - Current U.S. Top Secret security clearance (required)
