Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Operations professional to support the Undersea Dominance Program. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will own program planning, organization, and compliance activities for a fast-growing defense technology company delivering advanced autonomous systems and AI-powered solutions to U.S. military and allied customers. Key responsibilities include: Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with internal strategy, customer contracts, and subcontract requirements. Track spending against funding limitations and ensure financial compliance. Organizing: Create execution roadmaps, assign tasks, and coordinate team roles and responsibilities. Implement collaborative tools to enable efficient program delivery. Guidance & Oversight: Ensure deliverables and milestones meet program timelines and contractual obligations. Monitor progress against established governance frameworks. Monitoring & Control: Track program performance, identify compliance gaps, and support corrective action implementation. Maintain visibility into schedule, budget, and technical metrics. Communication: Keep internal stakeholders informed, manage expectations, and resolve issues proactively. Develop program briefs and reports. Interface with government customers to coordinate deliverables and maintain strong working relationships. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks in collaboration with the Program Manager and cross-functional teams. Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; 5+ years in program operations or similar role; strong written and verbal communication; analytical mindset with attention to detail; ability to operate in highly regulated environments; familiarity with federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, CAS, ITAR, EAR); proficiency in Microsoft Office; eligibility for U.S. Secret security clearance. Preferred: Project management experience (Microsoft Project, Adobe Pro, Jira); federal government contracting background; knowledge of federal procurement processes.
