Salary: USD 127,800 - 194,600 / annual

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Workforce Planning, this Program Manager will own the operating system, planning cadence, and governance infrastructure that enables the Workforce Planning team to deliver strategic work at scale. The role is responsible for designing and executing the team's core planning cycles, governance forums, executive steering committee meetings, organizational health reviews, and recurring operating rhythms. The person will oversee the integrated portfolio plan across all Workforce Planning workstreams, ensuring clear priorities, ownership, milestones, dependencies, and risk management to keep initiatives coordinated and moving forward. Key responsibilities include owning the Workforce Planning operating calendar and supporting delivery across all workstreams by tracking plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and actions. The role leads the enablement and adoption operating model, packaging, scheduling, routing, and distributing approved Workforce Planning insights and materials to appropriate audiences. This includes managing Talent Acquisition as a scaled distribution channel and building templates, playbooks, standards, and self-service resources. The Program Manager will coordinate training and education sessions, track adoption of tools and processes, and prepare recurring executive materials. Success requires strong program management and operational excellence, with the ability to bring structure to complex, evolving work while partnering effectively across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, People Analytics, People Technology, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders. The role is an individual contributor position that allows Workforce Planning Business Partners to focus on strategic advisory work while ensuring the team's operating model runs effectively. Required qualifications include 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, planning operations, or strategy and operations. Candidates should have strong project management skills, ability to create clear plans and operating rhythms, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, and blockers. Experience with automation, AI-enabled tools, and applying product management principles to HR initiatives is expected. Preferred experience includes workforce planning, talent planning, finance planning, and exposure to cross-functional planning cycles and governance forums.
