Salary: CAD 128,400 - 173,700 / annual
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Workforce Planning, this Program Manager will own the operational infrastructure and execution cadence of Dropbox's Workforce Planning function. The role is responsible for building and operating systems, governance forums, planning cycles, executive reporting, and organizational health reviews that enable the team to deliver strategic work at scale.
Key responsibilities include: owning the Workforce Planning operating calendar and governance structure; tracking plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks across all workstreams; leading the enablement and adoption operating model for Workforce Planning tools, outputs, and policies; packaging and distributing approved insights to appropriate audiences; managing Talent Acquisition as a distribution channel; building templates, playbooks, and self-service resources; coordinating training and adoption tracking; preparing executive materials; and maintaining clear documentation of decisions and processes.
This is an individual contributor role with broad operational scope. Success requires strong program management and operational excellence, with the ability to bring structure to complex, evolving work while partnering effectively across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, People Analytics, People Technology, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of program management, business operations, planning operations, or strategy and operations experience. Required skills include strong project management, ability to create clear plans and operating rhythms, excellent written and verbal communication (especially for senior leaders), risk and dependency management, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to work independently across teams. Candidates should be comfortable using data and feedback to track delivery, leveraging automation and AI-enabled tools to simplify workflows, and applying product management principles to HR initiatives. Experience with design thinking methodologies to understand employee needs and implement data-driven iteration is valued.
Preferred qualifications include exposure to workforce planning, talent planning, or finance planning; experience with cross-functional teams; and prior involvement in planning cycles, governance forums, or tool rollouts.
